On April 20th, tragedy struck in the Gulf of Mexico. Known as the largest offshore oil spill in United States history, the BP oil disaster has taken the lives of various wildlife and eleven workers, after fire engulfed the platform of the drilling station. To honor those fallen, Staple has designed a shirt to commemorate the atrocity of April 20th.

I am very pleased to announce that we will soon be opening a Reed Space pop-up store in Honolulu, Hawaii! VERY soon in fact. Thanks to the non-profit team at Interisland Terminal, this year-long project is finally coming to reality.Reed Space Honolulu (HNL) will present a pop-up store of Contemporary Art and Design books, publications as well as select accessories. We hope to inspire the local Hawaiian creative community, and offer visitors a unique, cultural experience during their stay in Waikiki.
I’ve curated a selection of cutting edge titles and brands for the pop-up. These titles represent the pulse of global contemporary visual and design culture. All will be available for sale at accessible price points.
A special preview evening of Reed Space HNL will give guests a first look at the selection of titles, many of which are rare and only available in limited quantities. Proceeds from this event, and all bookstore sales will support upcoming Interisland Terminal programs.
