John Mayer will attend the store’s opening on Monday, May 21st and host a Meet and Greet from 7-9PM. Food and beverages will be provided at the opening event by Endless Summer Tacos and Vita Coco.

The Store will feature photography exhibited by Gari Lamar Askew II; photo prints (signed and hand-numbered), exclusive merchandise, and co-branded projects with Staple Design, Moleskine Notebooks, Reigning Champ, Barrett Alley, Incase and The North Face will be for sale.

Tonight, the Eastern Conference finals start with the Rangers coming off a victory against their rivals from D.C. Meanwhile, the Devils have been resting and strategizing after dispatching the Panthers fairly quickly. Most of us (not me cause I was pretty young) remember the last time these two teams met in the Conference Finals. A Messier guarantee, hard fought double OT game and the Rangers went on to the Stanley Cup Finals and win their first cup in 54 years. Since then, the Devils have been the superior team, winning 3 titles under the leadership of Martin Brodeur. I have just recently begun watching hockey on a routinely basis. Yes, I  understand this is considered bandwagoning, but it has been an entertaining year to start following hockey. As a Rangers fan, I hope for nothing more than a clean sweep so the team can rest up after going the full 7 the previous two series. It would be great so they could rest and prepare for whoever comes out of the West (and for me I’d be thrilled for a matchup with the Kings so their fans can be put in their place and bets can be settled). But another 7 game series would be entertaining (and cause alcohol consumption to increase sevenfold. With the Yankees going through the doldrums of early season baseball, the Giants not even starting minicamp and the Knicks having been eliminated, all eyes of New York are going to be on the team that bleeds blue.
