Growing up, there was something you held onto dearly. It could’ve been a blanket, a doll, a pair of light up shoes, an action figure–anything. It was your favorite thing in the whole world and nothing was more important. You probably even hated sharing it. Overtime, though, you may have grown out of your fondness with it. Maybe you found a new thing to keep you occupied or you misplaced or simply grew out of it. In any event, it stopped being the most important thing in the world. But, what if that something never left your mind?
“Teapot” is a short film created as a part of a very unique and anonymous performance project called ‘Takeaway Scenes.’ The 10-minute short follows two sisters who have a common interest in a teapot that meant more to them than just a fresh cup of Earl Grey. Get lost in the brew of emotions as boiled by the anonymous individuals behind “Teapot.”
